“My Safari Diary” is an entertaining and educational guide which each person, whether you are a child or an adult should have, when going on a Safari trough the African bush. Why?

For many reasons; we humans have a very short termed memory. It often happens, that you sit on the safari-jeep and an animal is spotted. The Ranger tells you a few specific characteristics of the animal and when you get back to your room at the lodge or tent at the camp you have already forgotten what the ranger said. You only remember you saw e.g. a cheetah and you question yourself …

What was so special about this animal? Alas.

“My Safari Diary“ guide gives you the answer:

· The Cheetah is the only feline/cat that isn’t able to climb trees.

· Is categorized as the fastest animal on land in the entire world. It can reach speeds of up to 113 km per hour.

· Today the cheetah is listed as vulnerable on the World Conservation Union's (IUCN's) Red List of Threatened Animals.

· Reproduction: litter consists usually of 3 to 6 cubs.

· Gestation Period:  91 to 95 days

· Lifespan: 10 to 12 years

· Cheetahs litter can have more than one father!
